Requesting ITS Support for an Event

We would like to request someone from IT be present for an event

How do we request support for an event?

1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
   1. Where is the event?
      Note: ITS cannot provide support for events that take place off-campus
   2. When is the event?
   3. How many people will be present?
   4. How long will the event go? 
   5. What will be covered in the presentation?
