Email is not getting pushed through
I am not getting emails from my departmental account
I would like assistance adding a department email in Outlook
Environment
- Outlook
- Departmental email account
Resolution
- Close Outlook
- Click
- Type Control Panel
- Click Control Panel
- Click Mail
- Click Show Profiles
- Click Add
- Type in a new Profile Name
- Click OK
- Click Next
- Click Finish
- Select the new profile name from the Always use this profile dropdown
- Click OK
- Open Outlook
- The departmental account should appear within a few minutes. If it does not please contact the Service Desk for further assistance
