Issue/Question

I need a Medical Resident/Affiliate's SSN updated in the database

Environment

Cause

A Medical Resident/Affiliates SSN was populated with the wrong information

Resolution

  1. Go to Resident/Affiliate Database
  2. Click Edit Resident/Affiliate
  3. Locate Resident 
  4. Click Edit
  5. Click 
  6. Enter the New SSN
  7. Click Submit Request
  8. A ticket will be created upon submission requesting the update
