Requesting Assistance With Li-Cor Machine

Issue/Question

• Li-Cor machine in Lee Med is very slow
• Assistance with Li-Cor machine

Environment

• Li-Cor
• Image Studio
• Lee Med
• Odyssey CLX

Cause

• Li-Cor machine is not detected
• IPV6 not detected from Image-now

Resolution

1. Double click the registry file on the desktop named IPV6.reg
   Note: If you are unable to import the registry settings, contact the administrator of the Li-Cor machine
2. Click OK to proceed with installation
3. Log-off or Restart computer
4. Restart CLX machine
   Note: CLX machine LED will be a steady blue when it is fully turned on
5. Wait 10-15 seconds after the CLX machine is fully booted, Log-in to Computer
6. Double click Image Studio app
