Accessing Public Calendar macOS

Issue/Question

I still don't have access to department calendar on my Mac.

I can’t figure out how to access calendars through the path: All Public Folders/USD/MyDepartment without reverting to the legacy version of outlook.

Note: New Outlook cannot be turned on in the upper right corner of Outlook
Note:  This feature is not available in newer versions of Outlook.  Please follow steps in Viewing Public Calendars in OWA below.
Note:  Reverting to Legacy Outlook will not enable this feature

1. Click  at bottom
2. Click Public Folders at
3. If Public Folders isn't an option
   1. Click Tools
   2. Click Public Folders
4. Click USD 
5. Click Department
6. Select Calendar
7. Click Subscribe
8. Close Window
   Note:  Calendar will be listed under Subscribed Public Folders

Viewing Public Calendars in OWA

1. Login to mail.usd.edu
2. Click on left side
3. Click Show All
4. Hover mouse next to Other calendars
5. Right click
6. Select Add Public Folder
7. Click All Public Folders
8. Click USD
9. Click Department the calendar is in
10. Select Calendar
11. Click Add Public Folder at top of screen
12. Repeat steps 10 and 11 to each calendar you want
13. Click top left of screen when finished
14. Calendars are now listed under Other Calendars
15. Click next to calendar you would like to view or edit
