Our Dakota Digital Network (DDN) video conference disconnected during our meeting and is not reconnecting
We are not able to see the instructor from the other site

Resolution
- Restart the videoconference in the room
- Touch End Class on the Crestron touch panel
- Touch Yes to confirm
- Touch the screen again to bring up the mode menu
- Touch Video Conference to restart
- If the meeting does not reconnect after restarting, please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
- Building and room number
- DDN reservation number
- What other sites are in the meeting
