How do I add the WebEx Outlook Plug-in

Environment

  • WebEx, Outlook 2016, WebEx Productivity Tools

Resolution

  1. Go to usd.webex.com
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Sign In using your USD Email Address
  4. Click Downloads 
  5. Click Download under the Cisco Webex Productivity Tools heading 
  6. Click Run
  7. Follow the setup wizard
    Note: If you receive an error that WebEx is already installed, please see Resolving Cisco Web Ex Plug In Already Installed Error
  8. After WebEx Productivity Tools are installed a dialogue box will appear
  9. Type your email address
  10. Click Next
  11. Sign In using your USD Email Address
  12. Restart Outlook
  13. WebEx icons can be found on the Home Tab
