Resolution

USD sells laptops directly to students and staff through the ITS Service Desk in the ID Weeks Library room 104

Note: Students can purchase a laptop as soon as they are accepted to USD,  Employees can purchase a laptop as soon as we verify eligibility with HR

1. Please navigate to Laptop Purchase for specifications and to buy 
2. The cost of the laptop depends on the model currently available and can be found on the Laptop Purchase page
3. There will be no refunds or exchanges
4. Payment Options Available: 

• Check
• Debit/Credit Card
  Note: We do not accept Discover or American Express cards
• Students Only
  • Add to Bill - Please contact the USD Business Office if you have questions about doing a payment plan 
• Employees Only
  • Add to Payroll - If adding to payroll, you can select to have deductions over any number of months, up to 6 months
