Requesting a Laptop for Long Term Use

I need to check out a laptop for an extended period of time

I need a laptop to access the Virtual Astronomy software

Environment

• USD Laptops

Resolution

1. Long-Term Loaner Laptop requests can be granted on a case by case basis if the customer:
   • Purchased a laptop through USD but it has not yet arrived
   • Has either a personal or USD owned computer currently checked in with the Service Desk for repairs
2. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Why you need the laptop for an extended period of time
   2. How long you will need the laptop

Note: Long term laptops requests may be either approved or denied
