How do I set-up my account to have access to the FM work order system so that I can submit work orders?

Cannot submit FM work order

Cause

 

Resolution

  1. Go to the Facilities Management Work Order Request page
  2. Log in with USD credentials
    • User name is your USD Username
    • Password is your USD password
      Note:  All Faculty and Staff have access along with Resident Assistants
      Note:  If experiencing login issues Report an Incident and someone will look into the issue​​​​​​​
