I need to add a user to a email group account

Error: Before you can add guests as members of the group, you need to contact your administrator.

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Name of email group
   2. Email address of the person to add
   3. Level of access needed
      • Full Access
      • Send As Access
      • Send on Behalf of Access
