When logging in, prompted for Oracle password 

User is locked out of her Banner Account 

Environment

  • Banner

Cause

The first time you log into INB, you will need to enter your Oracle password. 

Resolution

  1. Access Banner using Internet Explorer
  2. Try your old SNAP password
  3. Try your USD password
