Projector Image Needs Adjustment

This article discusses what to do when the projected image is not straight and is projecting off the projector screen or smart board.

Issue/Question

The screen isn't straight and part of the image is outside the board

Environment

Cause

The projector has been moved or bumped on the projector mount

Resolution

  1. Please contact the Service Desk to report the issue
  2. Provide the following information:
    1. Building and room number
    2. Description of the issue
  3. Do not attempt to adjust the projector
