I need my Blackboard password reset

I cannot log into Blackboard Transact application

Environment

  • Blackboard
  • Transact

Cause

Forgotten password

Resolution

  1. Close all transact screens
  2. Re-open transact and try logging in again
    Note: do not add @usd.edu or @coyotes.usd.edu to username
  3. Test the same steps again
  4. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    • Error message received
    • NI tag number on computer used to access Transact
    • Provide steps you were trying to complete when error was received
