Cause

Students on wireless are not able to print to USD department printers

Resolution

If the student is using a USD owned computer, the permissions on wireless for that computer will need to be changed

  1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information
    1. Name
    2. Phone Number
    3. NI Tag number for the computer
