Receiver is not receiving meeting invites
Environment
Cause
Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages sent to me not checked in Delegate Permissions
Resolution
- Have the person granting delegate permissions open their Outlook
- Click File
- Click Account Settings
- Click Delegate Access
- Click the Delegate you want to change
- Click Permissions...
- Check the box Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages sent to me
Note: Under Deliver meeting requests addressed to me and responses to meeting requests where I am the organizer to: select delegate and you to both receive the related meeting emails
- Click OK
- Click OK
