Resolution

Recreate Outlook Profile

  1. Close Outlook
  2. Click
  3. Click Control Panel
  4. Click Mail
  5. Click Show Profiles
  6. Click Add
  7. Type a new Profile Name
  8. Click OK
  9. Select the new Profile Name from the drop-down
  10. Click OK
  11. Open Outlook
