Receiving Error When Trying to Log Into Computer

Issue/Question

Trying to log in to a computer and receiving an error

Error: There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.

Error:  The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed

Environment

• Windows 10

Cause

The computer is not able to authenticate the log in request because it is unable to communicate with USD's network 

Resolution

Verify Network Connection:

1. Connect computer using an ethernet cord
