Cause

  • Pen not responding properly
  • Stylus battery maybe drained

Resolution

Note: Check if pen is charged or leave the pen plugged in and test after a few minutes

  1. Go to the manufacturer's site
  2. Type the correct laptop model number
    Note: located behind the laptop
  3. Download and Install latest driver
  4. Restart computer
