 Can't connect to hotspot.

Environment

  • iPhone
  • Windows laptop

Resolution

  1. Restart phone
  2. Restart laptop
  3. Right-click the listing for the hotspot
  4. Click Forget
  5. Attempt to connect again
    Note: If this fails, proceed to next step
  6. Click
  7. Type Device Manager
  8. Click Device Manager
  9. Click next to Network adapters
  10. Click the wireless adapter entry
  11. Press Delete on the keyboard
  12. Restart computer
  13. Reconnect to the hotspot
