Issue/Question

  • Monitors are not arranged properly
  • Mouse not moving across the screen correctly
  • Second monitor is not working

Environment

  • Windows 

Cause

 

Resolution

  1. Right click on the desktop
  2. Click Display Settings
  3. Click Identify to determine what monitor is assigned what number
  4. Drag and drop the monitors in the window to the arrangement needed
  5. Click desired option in Multiple displays drop down menu
  6. Click Apply
