How do I recreate my Outlook profile

Resolution

Windows

1. Close Outlook
2. Click
3. Type Control Panel
4. Click Control Panel
5. Click Mail
   Note: If Control Panel is sorted by Category, click User Accounts, first
6. Click Show Profiles
7. Click Add...
8. Type a new Profile Name
9. Click OK
10. Click Next
11. Un-Check Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too
12. Select the new Profile Name from the drop down under Always use this profile
13. Click OK
14. Open Outlook

macOS

1. Go to Applications
2. Right click Outlook
3. Click Show Package Contents
4. Open Profile Manager
5. Click the profile
6. Click the minus sign
7. Click the plus sign
8. Name the new profile
9. Close Profile Manager
10. Open Outlook
11. Set up email address
