Issue/Question

I am no longer able to send out a newsletter 

Error: An internal support function returned an error

Error: Your message was not delivered to anyone because there are too many recipients. The limit is 500 recipients

Environment

Cause

Office 365 limits email to 500 recipients per message. Microsoft also has a 10,000 message per day limit for each user. These are hard limits set by Microsoft that cannot be changed.

Resolution

  1. If you need to send to more than 500 recipients please request a LISTSERV list.
