Issue/Question
A student is unable to retake a test because the system says there is an attempt in progress
The quiz says there is still an attempt in progress and I am unable to submit
Opened the quiz before it was available and that was the only attempt I had now I can't access it

Cause
This can be caused by the students internet connection being interrupted while taking a test
Opened the quiz before it was available
Resolution
- The instructor can remove the attempt in progress or submit it as it is
- Please contact the Center for Teaching and Learning for instructions
