Issue/Question

Outlook is preventing my computer from shutting shutdown

I have problems with Microsoft (MS) Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word

I am unable to access my USD email. Outlook will not open.

Error: COULDN'T VERIFY SUBSCRIPTION Outlook couldn't verify your Office 365 subscription. Please make sure that you're connected to the Internet.

Error: Microsoft Excel - Not enough system resources to display completely.

Environment

  • Windows
  • Microsoft Office 365

Resolution

Note: Make sure all applications are closed

  1. Click 
  2. Type Control Panel
  3. Click Control Panel
  4. Click Programs and Features or Uninstall a program
  5. Click Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise - en-us
    Note:
    Title of installed version of Office may vary slightly
  6. Click Change at top of screen
  7. Click Repair
  8. Select Quick Repair
    Note: If Quick Repair does not resolve the issue, run again and select Online Repair
  9. Click Repair
  10. Follow the prompts to complete the repair
  11. Restart your computer
