End user cannot delete a document from the Perceptive Content/ImageNow workflow

Student is locked in my counselor review folder in ImageNow

Cause

  • ImageNow workflow is corrupt
  • ImageNow dropped while in a workflow

Resolution

  1. Please contact the Service Desk including the following information
    1. What queue are you trying to delete information from?
    2. Are other users having the same issue?
