I get an error message in Banner 9 but I can access Banner 8

I am unable to access FAIVNDH and FTMVEND

Right after I log in it will say kick me out and give an error saying I am logged out

Error: You are not authorized to view this page.

Error: You have successfully logged out. RETURN HOME

Error: You have successfully logged out

Error: https://appnav.sdbor.edu/applicationNavigator/login/authfail?loginerror=1

Cause

 

Resolution

  1. Clear your Cache and Cookies
  2. Try in another browser
  3. Verify you are using the correct link http://appnav.sdbor.edu/applicationNavigator/seamless

The "/authfail?loginerror=1" error is caused by a locked Oracle ID, contact the Service Desk 

Please contact the Service Desk with the error message if you need further assistance
