Installing or Updating Mozilla Firefox

I would like to install Firefox

I need Firefox updated

Environment

• Mozilla Firefox
• Microsoft Windows
• Apple macOS

Cause

Firefox is not installed or up to date

Resolution

Downloading and Installing

1. Please visit Mozilla's website for the download link of the latest version
   Note: If you need Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR 60), the download link can be found on Mozilla's website
2. Open up the Firefox downloader
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to install Firefox

Updating

1. Click on the menu button
2. Click Help
3. Select About Firefox
   1. The About Mozilla Firefox window will open. Firefox will begin checking for updates and download them automatically
4. When the updates are ready to be installed, click Restart to update Firefox
