Resolution

1. How to verify and update your app version
   1. Check for updates:
      1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
      2. Search for Duo Mobile
      3. See if an Update button is available
      4. Perform the update if the button is available to you
   2. Check your version:
      1. Open the Duo app on your phone
      2. tap the menu (three lines), and look at the bottom of the screen
      3. If the number starts with 4.85 or higher, you are already on a compatible version of the application
          Note: 4.100.0 is a greater version number and is therefore a newer release than 4.85.0
