How do I apply to the USD Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program?
Answer
- The following items must be completed and received on or before midnight on the deadline in order to be given full consideration:
Deadlines:
- Spring admission deadline: September 1
- Fall admission deadline: February 1
- Late applications will be accepted on a space-available basis until June 1 for fall and Oct. 1 for spring admissions. Contact your nursing advisor for more information.
Important:
- Prerequisite courses must be completed or be enrolled in at the time of application to the nursing program.
- Students who have been enrolled in a nursing program at USD or any other institution will be evaluated for selection into the nursing program on a case-by-case basis. Students must provide a copy of their transcripts and a written explanation for their departure. Failure to disclose the above information will result in either denial of admission or expulsion from the nursing program.
