Printing in Color to Papercut

Papercut is only printing in Black and White, how to get it to pring in Color

Issue/Question

intend to print a document in color, choose color when sending the document to the copier, it indicates it will print in color on the screen of the copier, but then prints in black/white

Environment

  • Windows 11
  • PaperCut (USD Print)
  • Sharp Copier
  • Color

Cause

Papercut has been set to default print in Black and White

Resolution

  1. If not already installed you must enhanced driver install USD Print on usd-papercut
  2. Go to the document you want stapled
  3. Click Print
  4. Under Printer, select \\usd-papercut\USD Print 
  5. Click Printer Properties
  6. On the Main tab
  7. Select Color Mode 
  8. Select Color
  9. Click Okay 
  10. Verify Print in grayscale (black and white) is not checked
  11. Click Print

At the copier, verify  Print as grayscale is not checked before clicking print
