Unable to Check Remember Me for 30 Days in Duo

Issue/Question

When I try to check the box to "Remember me for 30 days" at the Duo prompt, it does not check the box

Error: You need to enable cookies to remember this device

Cause

Browser is set to not accept cookies

Resolution

Windows

1. Enable cookies on your browser
   1. Chrome
   2. Firefox
   3. Internet Explorer

MacOS

1. Open Safari
2. Click Safari
3. Click Preferences...
4. Click Privacy
5. If checked, uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking
6. If checked, uncheck Block all cookies
7. Restart Safari

iPhone/iPad - iOS

1. Open ​​​​​​Settings
2. Tap Safari
3. Make sure Block All Cookies is Off
   Note: is gray when Off
4. Make sure Prevent Cross-Site Tracking is Off
   Note: is gray when Off
5. Close Settings
