Resolution

  1. Your Security Question and Answer are vital pieces of account information and are used to verify account ownership
  2. A good security question produces answers that are:
    1. Safe: cannot be guessed or researched
    2. Stable: does not change over time
    3. Memorable: can remember
    4. Simple: is precise, simple, consistent
    5. Many: has many possible answers
  3. To change your Security Questions 
    1. Browse to Security Questions 
    2. Log in with your USD username and password
    3. Select and answer both questions
    4. Click submit
      1. You cannot select the same question twice
      2. The answers for each question must be different
