Error: Server not responding

Error: The Eaglesoft Server could not be contacted. Please verify the Patterson Eaglesoft server has been started. Please enter the machine name or IP address of the Eaglesoft server in the field below and click OK to retry.

Cause

Eaglesoft service needs to be started on server

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. When the issue started happening
    2. The exact contents of the error message
