Finding Date of Birth for the USD Account Management Tool

Issue/Question

I cannot pick up my account with my date of birth

Error: No match found by the supplied user

Environment

  • USD Account Pickup
  • USD Central Authentication Service

Cause

The date of birth is incorrect in LDAP

Resolution

ITS STAFF ONLY

  1. Log into Account Management  and verify the information with the cutomer 
    • Verify Date of Birth (DOB) in the LDap section
  2. Log into Banner to see if that date of birth is incorrect
    1. Type SPAIDEN 
    2. Click Biographical tab
    3. Verify DOB
    4. If it is incorrect in Banner they will have to contact the Registrar's Office
  3. Check LDAP to see what the date of birth is
    1. If it is incorrect in LDAP, assign a task to the Operations Team to update DOB
