Outlook Changing the Preview Pane Randomly

Issue/Question

My email preview panes start changing randomly

It keeps changing my format settings almost every time I click in or out of the calendar portion

Environment

  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Multiple Email Accounts

Cause

 

Resolution

  1. Open the Outlook App
  2. Click on the View Tab
  3. Click Change View
  4. Click Apply Current View to Other Mail Folders
  5. Check Apply view to subfolders
  6. Click OK
