I received a ticket notification indicating my computer was infected and will be upgraded

Subject: ITS Ticket Created - ###### - Endpoint Compliance

Environment

• Windows 10

Cause

The ITS Security Team investigated a malware infection and determined the PC was not running a current version of the Windows 10 operating system.

Resolution

1. No action is required
2. PC's are automatically updated during standard maintenance windows
   1. Tuesday 11 PM to Wednesday 4 AM Central Time
   2. Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM Central Time
