Unable to log in (SDBOR Portal)

Issue/Question

I get an error message when trying to log in to the SDBOR portal

Portal Account Not Set Up Correctly!
Your portal account is not fully configured so we do not know how to display it correctly. Please contact your campus computer support organization below.

Resolution

  1. Click on the Menu button in the upper left-hand side
  2. Select SDBOR Portal from drop-down menu

    Please contact the Service Desk if you need further assistance
