Email Address Not in SSOM Database

Issue/Question

Faculty email address does not display in the USD SSOM faculty database

Faculty email address was not created or included in the automated notification SSOM Admin receives daily.

Environment

• Faculty Database

Cause

SSOM Faculty USD Affiliations have not been applied to them in the account update process

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Faculty Name(s)
