Verification of Email Delivery or Email Not Received

Issue/Question

I sent out an email to multiple people requesting a delivery receipt but did not receive it for certain people and want to know why and if they got the email

I would like delivery verification of a message that was recently sent

  • Office365

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. When the email was sent
    2. Subject line of the email
    3. Who the message was sent to
